How do I post a job?
To post a job, click the "Post a Job" button in the main menu. You will then be guided through the following steps:
1. Sign In to your employer account or create an employer account if you are posting for the first time.
2. If your company profile is not yet complete, you will be asked to complete it. If your company profile has already been created, it will automatically be used for your job posting.
3. Choose the package that best suits your hiring needs.
4. Enter your vacancy details, including the job title, description, requirements, location, and application method.
5. Review your information and submit your job posting.
6. Complete payment if required.
Once your job is submitted and approved, it will be published on the website and remain live for 30 days. If your package includes multiple job posts, you can use your remaining credits to publish additional vacancies during your membership period.
How long will my job be displayed?
Each job posting remains live for 30 days from the publication date.
What does "Unlimited Posts" mean?
You can publish as many job postings as needed during your active membership period, with no limit on the number of vacancies.
When does my membership start?
Your membership becomes active on the purchase date and remains valid for the selected subscription period.
What are Featured Jobs?
Featured jobs receive priority placement and increased visibility across the platform, helping attract more candidates.
Can I choose which jobs become featured?
Yes. You can decide which vacancies use your featured job credits at any time during your membership.
What does the Featured Company Logo include?
Your company logo will be displayed in the homepage employer carousel, increasing brand visibility to job seekers.
Is a Company Profile included?
Yes. Every unlimited package includes a dedicated company profile page where candidates can learn more about your organisation.
Can I post jobs in multiple categories?
Yes. Each job can be assigned to up to 5 categories, helping you reach the most relevant candidates.
Can I advertise jobs in different locations and languages?
Yes. You can specify multiple locations, languages, and job types depending on your recruitment needs.
What are Job Refreshes?
Job refreshes allow you to move a listing back to the top of search results and job listings, increasing visibility for older vacancies.
Will my jobs be shared on social media?
Yes. Job postings are shared on Facebook, LinkedIn, and X to increase reach and exposure.
Will I receive application notifications?
Yes. Email notifications are sent when candidates apply for your vacancies.
Can I post a vacancy on the last day of my membership period? How long will it be displayed?
Yes. You can publish a vacancy at any time during your active membership period, including on the final day. Once published, the job will remain live for its full 30-day listing period, even if your membership expires before the posting expires.
Can I repost an expired job?
Yes. You can renew or repost an expired listing from your employer dashboard.
Can I close a job posting before it expires?
Yes. You can close your vacancy at any time once the position has been filled.
What are Job Tags?
Job Tags are optional labels that highlight the most important features of a job vacancy, helping candidates quickly understand what the role offers before reading the full job description.
Who can add Job Tags and how many can be used for each job posting?
Only employers can add Job Tags when creating or editing a job posting. Employers can select up to 5 tags for each job they post, choosing from 66 available tags across categories such as Hiring Status, Salary & Compensation, Benefits & Perks, Career Development, Work Conditions, Relocation & Visa, and Candidate Requirements.
Can applicants search or filter jobs using tags?
Yes. Job seekers can use tags as filters to quickly find vacancies that match their preferences, such as jobs with flexible schedules or housing provided.
Are job tags mandatory?
No. Tags are optional, but adding relevant ones can make your job listing more informative and attractive to candidates.
