Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€).
  • Applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable, will be indicated at checkout.

A purchase is considered completed when payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been confirmed by us or our payment provider.

14. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, that right will apply subject to any statutory exceptions.

For consumers entering into distance contracts for Services, EU and Cyprus rules may provide a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions.

Where you expressly request that a Service begins during an applicable withdrawal period, additional rules may apply concerning the withdrawal right and the amount payable for Services already provided.

The checkout process may therefore include specific notices, confirmations, or consents relating to the immediate commencement of the Service.

  • duplicate payments.
  • payment errors caused by our systems.

  • an incorrect charge.
  • other circumstances where we determine that a refund is appropriate.

The absence of applications, interviews, or successful recruitment does not by itself constitute a failure to provide the purchased advertising Service.

Where a Job Posting has been successfully published and the purchased advertising Service has been provided, recruitment results do not constitute a guaranteed basis for a refund.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

15. Intellectual Property
